Vanilla Extract

Hi everyone.... I am wondering about Extracts. Are they all allowed and is there a difference between the "imitation" and the "Pure"" extracts. I like to add them to my pudding shakes. Thanks.

Yes you can have them, just watch for the sugars in them

I noticed that many have alcohol as well so I just limit the usage. I absolutely love the mint extract in the dark chocolate pudding with 10 oz water...shake, shake, shake and then microwave for about 50 seconds. A warm Andes mint hot chocolate...IP style!!! :-)
