Good morning all! I am up early as always. I WI at 8:30 this morning so I am just keeping myself busy until then. We are having a party tonight - it's a chili competition with a bunch of our friends. I even made a chocolate layer cake with peanut butter frosting for the party and wasn't tempted to lick the bowl at all!! I made my husband taste everything to make sure it was ok.

I'll check back in a couple of hours- I'm hoping for a 2 lb loss this week...we'll see!

Good luck on your weigh in! I was up early too (3:30 am!!!) and just decided to read some blogs on the internet. I need to go through my closet in my bedroom and reorganize it. I did take 2 big bags of clothes to the thrift shop yesterday, but now I need to get all the summer, fall clothes and put them upstairs in storage. They had a bag sale yesterday at the thrift shop so of course I bought more!!! I just take them home, keep what I like and take the rest back, at $7 a bag I can afford to do that!

Having a good long weekend here. Got some snow here this morning. Hopefully be able to get out and do some second hand shopping. I am feeling soooo good about myself now a days. I am so glad I put my foot down August 2, 2011 and started my last diet! Got rid of parasitic(negative) people and things in my life. I have a clean organized environment now (my house, my room, my yard) Everything is falling into place nicely

HAPPY WEEKEND!!!! I had the peanut butter soy puffs for breakfast...they are delicious and I am thinking if I combine them with the chocolate ones and divide in 2, it will be like eating Reece's cereal!!! For lunch I am going out with my mom and daughter...I will be having salmon with asparagus (at my favorite restaurant), a Blueberry Cran Granata for snack and a warmed up chocolate shake for dinner. Yeah!!!! It's going to be a GREAT day!!!

Happy Weekend! I hope everyone is off to a good start today. I have to spend the morning at the DMV (bleh!), but then I get to go shopping for some new clothes! (And even better, drop some old clothes off at Goodwill!)

I'm so excited, I weighed in at 118 this morning!!! Only three more pounds until Phase II and six more to goal! I hope to be on phase II by next Sunday :-) Maybe I'll get to maintain by Christmas!

Have a great OP weekend, all!

Good Morning,

Today I will be shopping for a birthday gift for my best friend. Her birthday is tomorrow and all she wants for dinner is a double hot dog. She is just getting her appetite back from chemotherapy, so I told her whatever she wants, that's what she can have for her birthday dinner.

Good week-end everyone.

Had WI this morning and my clinic got the cookies, i decided to try 1 which i will have for breakfast with my coffee! She said that on Phase 1, since they're so high in carbs, you're only have it no more than twice a week.

I had the cookie with coffee yesterday!!! Sooooo yummy. Then I went for a brisk walk. I think once a week will be a nice treat. And only on workout days. It really filled me up. I personally love soft cookies. enjoy!

Hope everyone has a great weekend!

I'm going to keep busy by doing some extra housework. I need to start getting ready for Thanksgiving. I have kids and grandkids coming over. I’ll also be planning my menu for the big feast day. I'm really nervous about Thanksgiving, can't wait until it's over. Any advice from our Canadian friends?

Good Morning,
Yesterday was a great day with girlfriends shopping. I didn't buy any new clothes (that is what I was supposed to buy) hmmmm. We went to Rochester to shop and it sleeted and snowed a little, the wind was brutal, but the sun was out! Running around today, have to pick up a couple more skeins of yarn at the local yarn shop, drop a quilt off In Watkins Glen, should be a pretty drive the sun is out. Then off to Wegmans (my fav ever grocery store) to pick up some more greek yogurt and veggies. I will check in with my Ipeeps later. Have a Great day!

Default Phase 3

Just started phase 3 this week, loving the breakfasts.......finally not hungry again at 10 am like I was when I only had a shake. I am at my goal weight now, nervous about gaining the 3-5 they talk about but really wanted to enjoy some red wine on thanksgiving, so needed to phase off.

Have a great weekend!

I had WI yesterday and had only lost 1pound. I was hoping for 2 or more. Then I got on here and started reading post and all of the positive comments and it made me feel much better. I woke up this morning feeling great about my results so far. I decided to try on a sweater my daughter had gotten me as a gift months ago that was to small and to my amazement it is almost to big. Then I started pulling out other clothes that have been given to me that were still to small weeks ago and now it is like I have a whole new wardrobe. Thanks for all of the great post on here. You are all wonderful inspiration to me.
