Great job Lisa, congrats on losing over 100... you really are a very big part of the life blood that keeps the IP section of this forum going so well.
Not to take anything away from anyone else, but I think most people would agree with me, at least for the people on phase 1.

Those of you who have kept track with me know that I have a charm for every 10lbs I lose. Today I added my 100lb charm which is an open heart angel to represent no only my 100lbs but to represent that I have an angel watching over me....My dad. I told him when he passed away 15 yrs ago I would lose weight and I am doing that now....I love you dad, Thank you Mom for making this journey possible and being one of my biggest supporters....I love you
I would also like to say that this site has been such a big help to me in this journey. Some may think I post too much but it is actually helping me by helping everyone. The more support you have the better. Each and everyone of you have been a part of this success even thought I don't know you like I do know some. This is an amazing group of people and the unity that we have on the IP thread is incredible. I am so grateful to be part of this group!!!
I absolutely love the idea of the charm bracelet, I hope you will take it as the sincerest form of flattery that I imitate you and do the same thing. Since I have lost 10 pounds as of this last WI, I will go out and start my charm bracelet. Thank you for sharing and keeping all of us inspired, motivated, and kicked in the butt too when we need it!
Okay so had my weigh-in this am. I was excited as I was expecting a good loss. Was OP all week, no cheats and felt like I was going to be at least 3 lbs down. I only lost 1.2 lbs. Last week was only 1 lbs. Trying to figure out where I am going wrong. Definetly getting in all my veggies and drinking 3 liters of water every day. I don't do alot of salads, could that be slowing my losses?? I do 2 reg packets a day and 1 restricted, usually a bar. I make my puddings into shakes with ice and I use I packet of Splenda a day. I also have been using the Mio in 1 of my 3 waters a day. Getting all my protein in too. Anyone have any suggestions as to what I might be doing to slow my losses???

Your body is probably catching up with what you have accomplished in the last couple of weeks... Are you getting in all your veggies??
ran out of packets today! dont get any untill tomorrow, had half a odawalla protein bar to hold me over, do you think it will mess me up to bad? what shouldi do to stay on tarck as much as possible?

You have still lost that weight forever! That is progress. You may have not lost the number you wer expecting but your body is changing. Keep up the good work! You derserve a pat on the back, this is hard work.
One thing I was told from the head of IP in Canada when he came to see me was that with the restricteds to not have a bar everyday. Still have a restricted item but to switch it up, for example, Monday have a bar, Tuesday have salt and vinegar ridges, Wednesday have a bar, Thursday have salt and vinegar ridges. So yu are always alternating everyday. He told me that a bar everyday was too much for your system. This may be just for my situation only, but it can't hurt if you tried it. I hope this helps and you are doing great on this program!
