Gastric Bypassers on IP

HI,
Anyone who had gastric bypass and on IP??? If so, can you share with me leasons learned, tricks, words of wisdom. I had RNY in 2009 lost 100 lbs but need to lose 50 more. I joined IP this morning and ready to get started tomorrow. I think the plan is great but worried its not enough protein.

I cant weight to get started tomorrow so I look forward to hearing from you guys!!:carrot:

I think you will do fine with this plan. It is actually a great deal of protein, did you have more than the IP amount when you lost your first 100 pounds?
