Second, just wanted to check in. I have had several NSVs the last two days. More than one person has commented that they think I have lost a lot of weight.
I am participating in the diet with alternatives and still cannot believe the success. I dropped below 170 today for the first time in YEARS. When I logged it into my Android app, (I weigh myself every day and record it. I know. I am obsessed.) I still couldn't believe it. I have been pinching myself all day! What a great way to end a week!
To all of you thinking about this diet, I know it has been said before, but it really DOES work! WooHoo!

It is cold here today and forecast is for snow. Brrr, I am already cold and winter isn't even here yet. I am not a fan of winter, it is not the snow so much, but I always worry about the road conditions. Both my adult children drive many miles each day to work, and I always worry about the driving conditions for them and everyone.
This weekend is the big time change for everyone except for most of us in Saskatchewan.(there is few school districts that change in Sask with the rest). Now when we phone or go into Alberta to shop, we have to remember our time is 1 hour ahead of them

Had WI #4 yesterday afternoon...one more pound gone!! It's TOM so I'm just thankful that I didn't gain!!
Decided to try the Ketostix test strips this morning and showed small amounts of ketones...yay!! Although I really didn't need to...this taste in my mouth tells me all I need to know! LOL!!
Can't wait for the LSU Tigers to beat Bama tomorrow!! I love me some Tiger football, too, PaintLady!!

Hi.... I also see that Mio, which I have been told is fine to use on Ideal Protein, has listed in it's ingredients Acesulfame (sweeteners). I have been using this but now am curious also if it is really Asparteme. I think I will discontinue for now. Back to drinking plain water with lemon!
Can anyone comment on this?? I drink almost all my water with the Mio added.
