What are you "Thankful" for?
 

So I was thinking that since its almost Thanksgiving... We should have a tread on what we are thankful for!!

I am thankful for my wonderful mother and the support she gives me...

I am thankful that I have a job where I can sit on 3FC my whole shift!

I am thankful of all the friends that I have made along the way of my journey...

and... I am also thankful that I have lost all this weight, because I am getting my sexy back!!

I am thankful for my family and friends. The friends I have made on this forum are incredible and the support we give each other is awesome. I am very thankful for having someone to share my journey with and to help others when I can. I am especially thankful to my mom for making my journey on IP happen, without her I would not be here. Thank you mom....I Love you

This is a heady thread. I know, I'm busting into your forum, but please allow me. :)

The basics: a roof over our heads, food in our bellies, clothes on our backs, change in our pockets, and each other.

I've always said the house could burn down with everything in it, so long as we escaped and sat on the curb across the street looking on...we could even roast marshmallows in the flames so long as we are all safe and together. I remember that when times get tough, and this past year has been quite the challenge.

I'm thankful for the basics.

I'm thankful for my amazing family who have made this IP journey more bearable
I'm thankful for my amazing 3FC IP family who give me a boost when I need it and provide me with all the inspiration I need
I'm thankful for friends and my fiance who can always make me laugh

Thankful for my healthy family and great kids who are my motivation.

Thankful that no trees fell down on my house, or my loved once, that I once again have power and my house is warm and I have light! Being in the dark makes me feel sooooo down!
Thankful for my son who is my biggest cheerleader and for my wonderful friends. Thankful for today, because tomorrow is not promised!

WEll Since turkey day is tomorrow. I figure that I would bump this up!!

I'm thankful for this opportunity to be healthier, and happier

I am thankful for this year...it has been a year of re-discovery for me. With every pound gone, I am gaining my sense of self back.

I am thankful for this forum and all of you out there that I do not know who inspire me, motivate me, and enlighten me on a daily basis.

I am most thankful for Jesus...He loves me in spite of myself and has to be so proud that I am finally treating my body like the temple that He intended it to be!!!

I am most thankful for my family and friends on this board and around the world who I hope have health, wealth and happiness tomorrow and always. I am thankful that the garbage man took all my recycling today even though I had to borrow the neighbours two bins as well. What??? I can't help it with all these cartons that IP gives me they get crushed down and off to recycle heaven they go. I am very thankful that I found this site and read every diet out there on it before reading more and more about IP and then very thankful that I took the plunge and signed up and started IP four weeks ago. I have a long ways to go but with the friends and support I have found on here I am thankful that I WILL get my sexy back and when I do, I will post a picture. Ha. I will post a lot of pictures. So thankful for my faith, my wonderful husband and son, and for my supportive family. Also, for making myself a priority!

I'm thankful that life has given me opportunities. I'm thankful that my son is doing better. And - I am thankful that our contract has been extended six more months.
