something weird... i think!

I weigh in every two weeks.. and I DO NOT cheat.. my weigh in was on tuesday, and I was at 195, I try not to weigh myself between weigh ins... for this exact reason!! I was at my cousin's hosue this morning and I sneaked onto her scale and it said 200... :( I did this once before and the scale said the same as my weigh in, then a couple days later I went to my weigh in and I had lost 6 lbs.. soo do you think it could be her scale is possibly low quality?? or did I gain five pounds? i guess it could be anything really.. I am never ever weighing myself between weigh ins again!! probably.. haha..

Most of the time no two scales weigh the same. That is why I don't own one.....lol....I wouldn't worry about it! :)

The best way to weigh yourself is to always weigh under the same conditions. Same scale, same time of day, same clothing or no clothing always the same to get a true picture. When you weigh on different scales at different times you will find too many variables.

Best way to weight in according to me - weight with the same cloths, and at the same time in the same scale - this works for me.
