How many carbs in packets?

Good Morning,

Packets have protein amounts imprinted on them but how do you find carbs amounts? I looked thu sticky's I couldn't find.

Would like to know which ones are lowest. Ex. someone posted puddings are less carbs then drinks...

This board is just a great source of info with so many helpful people.
