I just had to share...

Today I was out waiting for a meeting to start and had my Proti Thin chocolate soy snacks with a cup of peppermint tea. It was like having a peppermint patty -- so delicious!

This is going to be my new restricted treat. I'm so excited!

I am going to have to try that. Do you use splenda or truvia in your tea? I just realized every splenda or truvia has 3 carbs......considering I have been using about 4 a day wondering if that is what is slowing up my losing. Peppermint patties are one of my favorites....may have to try this snack!

I don't use anything in my tea. Truvia has carbs, but stevia and splenda don't.

Totally OT, but rainbowmom, your ticker ladybug looks so 3D every time I see it! It just leaps off the screen.
