I read somewhere a recipe for oatmeal biscuits made with IP maple oatmeal, egg whites . I think it only made three small biscuits but looked . I can not seem to find it!, does this ring a bell for anyone?? Thanks
Oatmeal Biscuits
2 packets of Ideal Protein Maple Oatmeal
1 large egg white
1 to 2 oz of water
Beat egg the stir into oatmeal until mixed thoroughly. Add water to thin batter until
spoonable ---but not to runny. Spoon onto a non-stick baking sheet and bake at 400F for
about 10 min or until golden.
