Hello everyone! I am celebrating my birthday today by being completely on plan. Maybe I will "splurge" by having a whole 8 ounces of meat for dinner!  I sure am livin' it up today! Haha.
My weight has been in a stall lately. I didn't lose a single ounce this week and the past few weeks have been .8 of a lb. Needless to say, I am a bit miffed but I am continuing on. My coach wants me to do the novi-cleanse so I am starting that on Sunday. Wish me luck!

Do you feel it was over the line? It's really up to you, if you felt uncomfortable, it's sexual harassment. Say something to him.
I've had a guy call me sweetie at work and asked him not too, still talked to him the next say to say "good morning" so he knew there was no hard feelings.

WELL....I DID IT!!.....I REACHED UNDER 300Lbs....I loss 3lbs so I am at 298lbs NOW...A NEW decade!!!....I am SUPER excited, its been 20 years since I have been less than 300lbs, I just don't know what to do with myself right now...I called my mom and she yells WOOHOO!!!!! and my brother says she must of gotten under 300...hahaha... I am all stressed out. I have to go to lunch with my co-workers today. I have looked at the menu at the place we are going and everything is OP. I need to make my order special and my co-workers already think I am so picky they tease me. They do not know I am on IP, I guess today may be the day to come out of the closet.
