First Weigh In today
Hi Everyone.
Wanted to say yay Congrats to all who weighed in Monday or today and lost that is fantastic.
My weigh in didn't go so well. My first week I have lost 2.8lbs only and my inch loss was .2, .2,.
you get my meaning? Everywhere was .2 so I am wondering if it works out to ten does that mean 1 inch or 1/10 of an inch? Sorry, Math was never one of my favs.
LOL
Have a great week for the rest of you who are weighing in later.

as Wuv would say.... don't ever use the word ONLY... that is 2.8 lbs you will never see again! (also, think of it in terms of butter... nearly 3 lbs of butter is heavy!) so CONGRATS!!
keep your chin up and stay on track!

That would be ideal, and yes I could ask, but they serve almost 700 people per meal, so I think a special order would be frowned upon. A couple times, when I found a meat that worked, I grabbed an extra serving and saved it for the following evening.
It will be much smoother once I get in the groove and understand it all. Next hurdle will be learning to cook while at home.... Not my forte. It'll be a bonus to have all the recipes a click away.

Last week I didn't get all my food in like required and I noticed a difference in my energy as well as my weight loss. Often I feel not hungry and have to remind myself to eat. EEEk I know I know not good. I did try the turnip fries like suggested and they were quite delicish. Anyhow Here is to all of us on this journey. Cheers!!! We can do it.

Hello All! I did IP at the beginning of the year and lost 25 pounds for a wedding and then once the wedding passed i gave up and didn't phase out properly. Now I am once again a "
newbie" who is sick of wearing tight pants...ha! I've been back just over a week now and feeling great! Seeing what IP can do, im excited to finish the journey....finally!

Yes... you main goal should be to get all 3 items in as well as you meat portion... many people often switch dinner for lunch and vice versa...

Well, according to the scale (but it's not the official Dr. scale from my initial analysis), I'm down 5ish lbs. Probably a better indicator is how my jeans feel, which are marginally better....not great, but better. I think I'm going to have to use the feel of my clothes as my guide, because my WIs are few and far between and when I do WI, it'll be around TOM, so.... Hopefully I can keep the mindset of it's more about progress rather than the defining number on a certain day. Do right and I'll get right. Off to get more water.
