Default Egg question...

My daugther just ate two eggs. Is that considered her 8oz of protein then for dinner? Seems rather light, and if so how much do the egs count for?

2 eggs are the same amount as your dinner protein 8oz. If she used that for lunch then she should use a packet for dinner.

Thanks, that's what I thought it might be. She also had a packet at lunch, not sure what she was thinking. She said she would just have a salad for dinner and then have her last protein before bed.

Did she have the whole egg or just the egg whites?

She ate the whole egg. She said she has been starving all day for whatever reason. Who knows, maybe the whoosh fairy is coming. She did go out today to the driving range, so I suggested that maybe she should add just a couple of oz. of protein to her diner. She did and that seemed to help her.

In all honesty, if I do eggs in place of my protein, I do 3! I do this every Wednesday night and have been fine. I've done this for probably 3 of the 4 months because 2 wasn't enough. You kinda have to play around with things and find out what works best for you because everyone is different.
