Most people do not eat 4 packets a day unless they are exercising heavily I think. My coach gave me 4 packs a day the first week and I couldn't eat more than 3. When i went back for week 2 she said that was just for week one in case you get really hungry. So I still had the extra packets to use for week 2.

4 packs are mostly for those who ideal body weight is 200+ or if you exercise so you need the extra protein. At least that is what the Dr. Trans book states.

I was told no Splenda, but Stevia was okay. I buy the packets of raw stevia, and I really don't find it much different than Splenda. As for the egg whites, my coach suggested putting one in the egg IP package. Haven't tried it yet, but will do it tomorrow morning.
