Well my wi wasn't great! don't get me wrong I did lose 3lbs in 10 days but if you look at the 4 weeks I have lost 1 lb in total. My coach doesn't really know, am going to send my info to the head office (I hope). So long story short, I think I am moving on. I will do phase 2 one more week and start phase 3 next tuesday. I hope I will reach my goal in maintenance. I am looking forward to phase 3 breakfasts. I am away from home this week so have lots of time at night to go over phase 3 information and come up with a plan as I will be starting phase 3 during the week and will have to plan how to do this at work. I am actually excited to try this greek yogurt everyone was talking about, and to have fruit again. Thanks all for your advise and knowledge I think I am good with this plan and can be proud that I lost 90 lbs and not 100... that is still to come. Have a great night

You have done wondefully! Good luck moving on. I have never been a greek yogurt fan but I'm hoping since a lot of things I never liked are tastey now, that will be too.

I am SO proud of you. Check out my food diary on fatsecret. My phase 3 breakfasts are also all saved as meals and I have shared them. Search for "Ideal Protein Phase 3 Breakfast" and hopefully they come up. What I really like about the site is that you can bring in meal, then tweak the individual components (change brand of bread, yogurt) easily...

You will do great in maintenance. Fruit is THE best. Strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries are my faves.

I normally have that with greek yogurt, then some protein bread, butter, and vegemite (yes, the little Australian kid in me still loves her Vegemite). Feel free to delete that from the breakfasts if you consider it icky, which I'm sure most Americans do.

I am going to have to go check this fatsecret place out! Sounds like just what I need.

Forgive me if you have already talked about this or if it is none of my business, but I see you talking about your coach and the head guy. Have you gone in to see your primary care provider lately? Your body has gone through such a transition these last 10 months. You should probably get some bloodwork done including a thyroid screen. Not just a TSH but ask for the T3 & T4 too. We all know how a severe diet can mess with our female hormones, and insulin is a hormone so it stands to reason that it may have affected your thyroid or adrenal hormones also. Anyway, even if you checked it earlier in your program, checking it again won't hurt. Hope I haven't overstepped.

no you are not overstepping, and it is good idea, unfortunately I do not have a doctor but I will try to see if I can get in with one.
