Default Fat loss greater than total pounds lost

Had my weigh in today. I cheated one nite when hubby and I celebrated our anniversary. Consequently my loss was small, only 2.2 lbs. My coach was awesome about it and encouraged me to stay OP from now on. She made me feel a lot better when she showed me I actually lost 5 lbs of fat even though my total loss was smaller. She has a fancy Tanita scale , do those give fairly accurate fat measurements?
