Congrats to the birthday girl with the size 15 jeans too! I've been having lots of fun shopping in my own closet lately too. I envy all those non-hungry people too. I'm usually hungry, although the copious amounts of water helps. I stop myself from eating by looking in the mirror at the new me! |

So my new/replacement habit is to whip out the computer and check out how everyone's day has been. |

I can't believe she is this big already. I had shed a few tears before I got to work. Tough one for me. :( When I picked her up the first thing she said was, "I had a great day mom!" Put a smile on my face.
Hope everyone's week is going well. |

Today was my second day on the diet - and my first day back at work (Back to School!!) I thought it was going to be really hard becuase I felt like such S*** yesterday! But it was great. Really helps with the routine, and I didn't have as much time to just think. it was greattt!
Im finding even though Im enjoying the food fine, and im hungry at meal time, that I feel gaggy when Im eating it. POSSIBLY CAUSE I JUST WANT SOME CHEESE ON IT. hahaha. so Im eating slow, and taking my time, is this unusual?? - Kind of a side note... why doesn't my profile picture appear when I post? |
