Vegetable Question??
I am wondering if any of you have eaten a vegetable on the approved list for IP, and have found that it has stalled your weight loss. Just wondering because last week I only lost 1 pound, but I consumed alot of zucchinni. Like 5 days out of 7 I had zucchini for both meals.

I've been eating zucchini about once a day for the last 10 days... and losing. but it's my first week, so hard to say if zucchini has anything to do with it at all! :)

I ate pretty much only zucchini and cucumbers my first 2 weeks and had big losses both weeks.
I either sauteed or roasted it. |
My favorite go-to veggies have been cucumbers and raw zucchini in my salads. I've never had a gain and my losses have been steady, if not spectacular -- usually around 2 lbs per week. (Tomatoes definitely slow me down, but they're also on the restricted veggie list.)

I pretty much only eat raw cucumer and zucchini for my lunch, and in addition usually have steamed zucchini for dinner a few days a week. I really don't think it has slowed my losses.

Thanks for all the input. It is my 4th week back on plan so I was due for a slow week. I just wanted to make sure it wasn't the zucchinni that did it. It's so great to have this board for input when needed.
