Born in the Netherlands, moved to Calgary, Alberta until a year ago. Now in Perdue Saskatchewan. Perdue is a very little town 60km West of Saskatoon.

Vancouver Island, BC, Canada. My website has all my info because I am now an IP shop owner/coach as well...which makes me my own coach unfortunately. I miss the weekly weigh ins and support it was wonderful. Still weigh myself and have lots of support from friends and family though :)

How do you feel about idealtogo.com? I currently go to a chiropractors office as my "clinic" but I'm not sure how knowledgeable my counselor is. She hasn't been doing the diet much longer than me and I haven't been able to get a lot of answers. All my support comes from right here at 3FC. Plus, it's considerably cheaper to do it online.
