O.k. I am going to catch ****... I really did have a crappy week...
WI #9 -4 this week, see what not stepping on the scale for 4 days does.

And my body fat took another big drop this week, really starting to feel better about myself. Almost lost half of my goal weight now, if I can hit 5 next week I will halfway there.

So really, please don't dog pile me too bad, I really didn't think I would have a loss this week.
Keep strong and focused everyone.

Why in the world would anyone give you **** for losing 4lbs???...I would be happy with that ....Halfway huh? I hope to be there after tomorrow so we will see!

Hi everyone, I posted yesterday but it didn't show up.

Good job on keeping on trucking everyone. Wayward, how far is your commute? nice to have an impressive bike though. Good for you on your weigh-in!
I'm wondering what happened to Watkat after posting about the wildfires? I hope all is well with that.
I had weigh-in # 6 yesterday. I was down .9 of a pound. One day I'll be down a whole pound in a week and I'll dance a jig! But like Bellamack my clothes fit better so that is a positive. I also am not having cravings once I got the nasty carbs detoxed, so I am enjoying that aspect. I would really like to be out of the 150s next week.

My coach is different than some in that she is not at all negative. She said my loss is very slow but it will be slow when one is post menopausal. Also I am vertically challenged. But one thing she wondered about was if I was actually eating enough. She wants me to go back to weighing out my protein at main meal and measuring out my veggies. I did go to eyeballing them after the first few weeks so that may be an issue.

I think I will keep going into the clinic until the end of September. But after that I will go to alternatives as this is very expensive for such slow losses.

Last I heard from Watkat is that she had packed up her important papers and pictures in case she needed to leave in a hurry and nothing since. I am hoping she has just been too busy to post today

I use Centrum for my multi. Doc says it is a close substitute.
I get the Cal-Mag at drugstore.com. Just type it in. So much cheaper!!

Why would people dog pile? Because I was whining about having a bad week and then lost 4. Really wasn't trying to be dramatic.
My wife is pissed at my body fat loss too. She is still higher than me by a fair amount.
she lost 3 this week so is now at 29 total loss.

See now my commute did sound dramatic lol, its only 15 miles each way. But when I teach its 40 miles each way.
great on the loss patns as long as they go negative right.
