Default Ideal Protein + TOM = Stall weight loss?

So I had my TOM twice! Two weeks ago, and this week. What's up with that? Well, I heard because it's releasing estrogen, but I'm getting discouraged because I haven't lost a single pound since my last weigh in, which was Friday August 26th! Last week was my first week starting ideal protein and I lost avg about 1lb a day. Can someone please clarify? Thanks.

Yup, unfortunately, being a women, it plays against us.

Don't get discouraged, the weight will drop off after TOM

Thanks. I just feel like I used up a lot of money for IP food, and my weight isn't going to go down?! Makes me slightly irritated. ><

At least it is not a gain. I usually gain around my TOM then it comes off after with a bunch of weight . Don't worry you will prob have a decent drop after it is over.

I lost 0 lbs at my weigh in during TOM this month, but I had a 5 lb loss the next week. Don't get discouraged.

Thanks guys. So, in this case - these are actually periods that can stall my weight whenever I get them? Even more than once a month?
