I really don't like the WF salad dressings. Does anyone have any other tips on salad dressings??

Becca, I found this site that has a variety of different salads and dressing, just makes sure you use the ones that say Phase 1 if you are in Phase 1. Hope this gives you some tips....

I tried this last week. I enjoyed it. It was like a honey mustard Vinaigrette.

olive oil
lemon
a tad of water
apple cider vinegar
mustard
splenda
salt, pepper

This is what I use every day! It is just seasonings, oil, water and apple cider vinegar. I absolutely hate fake, no fat and low fat dressings, so I use this and count it towards my 2 t. of daily olive oil. It is very good!

Hi, this is my first post, I am a "lurker". I always make my own salad dressing of the oil and vinegar type. Lately I have been substituting dill pickle juice for the vinegar (I eat dill pickles to avert a disaster when I open up the fridge!) I start with 1 cup (more or less) of dill pickle juice in the blender. Add 4 or 5 cloves of garlic crushed and chopped, 1 Tblsp. Dijon mustard, 1/2 tsp Italian herb seasoning, 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes. Whirl this up in the blender and then slowly stream in 3/4 cup olive oil. Sounds weird but tastes great. I use it sparingly and count it towards my daily allotment of olive oil.

This sounds yummy! I will be making it tomorrow as I have an almost empty jar of pickles.

Thank you!
