Tofu & Soy Milk
Okay, I feel like such an idiot. I can't seem to get a clear understanding if Tofu is allowed on Phase 1 or not. My coach said not to use Soy Milk in my morning coffee because of sugar. So I just assumed that tofu was not okay. But the more I search and read the more confused I get!
Can someone please explain in lamens terms for me? Perhaps the lack of carbs is cause me to not think straight ;) Thanks! |
My phase 1 sheet says you can have Tofu (plain), its under "other" for Dinner protein.

Thats great to know! Thanks so much. I wish all the Phase 1 sheets were the same. So then is my coach right that I shouldn't have Soy Milk?... |
