I bought a package of the mango drink yesterday (yummy!). I forgot to ask my coach if it was restricted or not. Does anybody here have the answer? Thank you.

I was told they are restricted. I love it mixed with crushed ice in the Magic Bullet ( blender would work, too.)

I was told they are not rstricted. My coach recommended them because of the high protein content.

I think it's anything above 10 carbs is restricted. Does anyone know if that is right?

I'll have to ask if we have any of the RTF shakes--I'm pretty sure we don't have any. If not, I'll have to buy another brand before I get ready to go on a trip soon because I won't have good access to making up all my own shakes with the packets.

Sounds pretty yummy though!

My coach said that the Mango drink is not restricted. But it is unusually high in fat content so I am treating it as semi-restricted i.e. once in 2 days..

The mango is one of my favorites. When I crave fruit, it satisfies me! My clinic always has it. I guess, I'm lucky!
