Default Over on carb with pureed...

If you think you went OVER on carbs (I purred a bag of frozen cauliflower that I had just cooked, and it was so good, I know I ate way too much). Anyway, should I then skip the 3rd snack protein pack to make up for that?
Thanks!

no - you still need your protein!! The cauliflower is one of the least damaging things you can do - it's an unrestricted veggie. Just watch in the future.

I agree, its not a restricted veggie and won't make a huge difference. The most important thing is still getting your protein.

You can't really trade off the damage of the carbs for the value of the protein. The protein snack is to help keep blood sugar stable through the night and the metabolism up.

Just be careful with staying on plan tomorrow. The cauliflower will have very little to no impact.
