Any Creative Ideas for the Veggies??
 

I usually just grill them in some olive oil and spices.. tastes delicious every time but I do love cooking so I would like to try some new ideas... :)

If you go up to the top of the page to the Stickies post you will find multiple threads of recipes. There is also a new recipe thread in the main set of posts. You will find loads of ideas in these threads including kale chips, cauliflower rice, celery root mashed 'potatoes', etc.

There are quite a few recipes in the top sticky forum!!

I steam cauliflower with a little mrs dash and puree it when I miss mashed potatoes :)
