Don't do it! 1 piece of cake is not worth going through the withdraw period (you remember, the massive carb cravings, not feeling so hot, cranky and maybe even headaches) - nothing is worth that process all over again.

My coach was thrilled with my 2.3 loss this week. I lucked out when I went to that clinic without knowing anything about it. Hey, we could have a Toby Keith subform too! Words of wisdom from Toby.
