Womanly Issue - Please Advise!
 

Hello ladies,
I am on Day 10 of IP and started getting this tenderness in the uterus area yesterday. Not pain but it feels sore a bit and last night it made it uncomfortable to sleep. Have you experienced this before or is it a trip to the doctors to have it checked out?
It's right in the pelvis area, and if i push on it, it does not get worse. I don't see my coach until Saturday - she's about 40 minutes away and the earliest I can see her is Thursday if its something she should check out.
What do you think? :(

Sounds to me like you're ovulating. Sometime we can feel it, other times not. Don't know how old you are but I can say at 50 years of age that our female parts can do all sorts of weird things. I have quite a long list of bizarre events myself. If the pain worsens, then I would call the doc.....Otherwise a little Motrin should help.

Thanks! Now that you mention it - it is that time - TOM started on the 1st. I'm 25 and I've never really had this feeling before so naturally anything out of the ordinary I start suspecting the radical change of lifestyle on IP.

I hope that this is all it is, definitely makes me less freaked out :)

i have that to right now actually..im 25 as well..and my guess its something to do with hormones..

I would agree with ovulating. I feel it and it can sometimes be uncomfortable. Never painful but noticeable.

After I left this thread, I found some ovulation calculators hehe and it works out that this week is my prime week for babies...which I don't want but at least it set my mind at ease :carrot:
