I can't find anything in my literature about egg whites. Can they replace a packet? How can we consume them?

egg whites do not replace a packet. According to some IP'ers their coaches have indicated whites are a freebie, some say no.

I eat mine scrambled....... as for allowed amount per day? not sure, but perhaps someone else can jump in here

egg whites have so little calories and no carbs (i think it is maybe .2 carbs) that my coach says it doesnt matter. i wouldnt eat a dozen a day but if you use it to make cupcakes/muffins or if you are starving and need to splurge, better to eat egg whites than eat chips!
