That is exciting. I use amazon.com a lot because you can't download to a kindle from amazon.ca. I will have a look at your books there.

When you said visualization I was thinking you were in education because it's something we use a lot in teaching writing.
You must be exhausted after such a productive year.

I have to admit, I'm pretty fed up with the process - have been much less productive over the summer. I need to turn my books into kindle. Maybe when I get motivated again.

I agree I love these kind of books as well. I have a Sony eBook as my kindle broke. We'll help with getting you motivated...lol.

I originally started at 261+/- lbs on June 3/2011. As of my Aug 3 weigh in I was 220. My original goal was 210 as I was a solid 200 when I started university (football and track athlete). Now that I am close to that goal I have readjusted it as years of life have made me realize I am not a high performance athlete anymore and that I could probably stand to lose a bit more. I have not chosen a specific updated goal yet as I am going to go until I feel comfortable toning the rest with being active and going to the gym.
