New to Blog and IP
I just started IP today. I am beginning menopause and have gained 25 pounds in two years. I have tried most everything I know of to lose weight and then I heard about IP. So here I go! I really dont konw how blogging and threads, etc work, so if I posted this in the wrong place let me know ;)

Hi everyone!!!
I started IP on August 18, 2011. I am from Louisiana. I weight 269 and first week lost 5.5 and 4 inches and then second week 6.5 and lost 9 inhces for a total of 12 lbs in 2 weeks and 13 inches. I love this diet. This weekend was hard for me but getting through it. Started walking today. Walked 1 mile this morning and 2 this afternoon. Thanks for all your help in advance.

Im new to this whole site and diet... Not real sure if this post im doing is what im hoping to do! lol... so, I started IP 9-7-11. I feel good for the most part but having a slight headache. Also, I WANT CHOCOLATE! I am not going to cheat but i am really having a bad sweet-tooth. I am very glad I found this site. It does help ALOT!:D

First Week
I starte IP on 9/7. The third day has been my toughest but since then, I have felt great! No more bloated tummy or 3 o'clock crash. I've kept it basic so far while I get used to it but look forward to using the recipes that I have found on this site. My work has started a new weight loss clinic and so there are a lot of my co-workers that are just starting too and the support has been overwhelming. I can't wait to see where this takes us!
