Looking for a coach in Washington state
 

I live in the Federal Way area (in between Seattle and Tacoma) and am looking for a good coach. Any recommendations appreciated!

I dont know about a "good" coach... Im only on day 5, but I go to Lake Tapps Family Medicine...

I'm at Lake Tapps Family Medicine too and I've been pretty happy with it. It's a bit of a drive from Fed Way but could work if you can't find anything closer.

I go to Kirkland Family Medicine, which is quite a distance from Federal Way, but so far I like them very much. I went to an open house seminar sort of thing, so for $205 I got my consultation and 28 packets.

I ended up paying around $280 for my start-up kit and consultation. They said it would be around $85 per week thereafter for food. I've spent quite a bit less because I do the RTD shakes and bars from Sam's Club.

I forgot to add the my vitamins were included in the $205. A friend of mine went somewhere in Tacoma. I can find out from her.

Information on the Tacoma clinic would be great. Thank you all!

Friend from Tacoma is on a 3-day bike ride, so I won't have info for a little bit. I couldn't get it on the IP website, which is how I found my Kirkland clinic. Strange.

I know that there was also one in Kent.. and a few in Puyallup. as well..
