Enzymes

I am in my second month of IP and have been taking the enzymes. I realize that they aid in digestion as I have taken them and Probiotics for some time now. Do the also aid in weight loss? What role do they play in IP?

I take enzymes as well. Enzymes do not aid in weight loss, just digestion. Before I started taking them, I would get very gassy and bloated if I ate ANY vegetables. The enzymes really help with that.

I think that the role they play in IP is that it helps break down all the fiberous veggies we eat, as well as all of the protein we consume. A lot of people have a hard time breaking down and digesting these (2) types of food.
