PDF book online

I have been having trouble finding this book on amazon. I would really like to reak Dr Chanh book since I"ve been on IP now since mid June and haven't learned much from my coach. Thank god I found this forum, because I've learned alot on here just reading your input.

There is a PDF online book that people talk about on here, can anyone help me find it if they have the link to it?
I really appreciate it

Look at the sticky at the top of the first page. There is lots of info there.
