Also there's this bottled water called Sparkling Ice that is zero-everything and my mom's coach recommended it to her....it's really very good. For the headaches, have you tried adding a little sea salt to an 8oz glass of water? I got headaches when I started and it usually did the trick.

I did the salt water and it didn't work and i'm not about to do it again, lol. I always get headaches so maybe that's why it lasts a little longer.
Never heard of sparkling ice, not sure if we have that here (Quebec)..maybe a little trip to the US in the near future, lol.
