So I am noticing that others my height (5' 7") have a goal weight where I am right now.
I am feeling so much better, and my clothes fit better. Yet, My doctor says I should be at 145, even 140 is better.
I'd like to be at 130 but that's just starvation for me, not going to happen. I thought I'd strive for the 138, and allow for the gain in later phases to bring me up to the between 140 and 145.
Maybe I'm okay here? I guess it's really personal...I do feel always bloated in the tummy area, can grab a huge handful there & have that muffin top effect all the time that feels yucky.
But, aren't we always so hard on ourselves?
