Default Phase 3 weight gain

Hello!
Next week I will be starting phase 3. I should be excited, but I am actually extremely nervous. I have lost 15lbs, which is all I needed/wanted to lose. I know that in phase 3 you are expected to gain a few back, and I am terrified that a few is too many considering how little I had to lose in the first place. Does anyone have any ideas/thoughts/comments experience on this? Should I be worried?

Good job on your 15lbs.. my coaches recommend loosing a couple of extra lbs. to make up for the ones you'll be putting back on when you go to phase 3.

I think this is one of my fears for when I start phasing out. But honestly, at the end of the day, you have learned so much from being on this program. You obviously have the commitment it takes to stay on track and then get back on track if you need to lose a little more.

Good luck to you and CONGRATULATIONS!

I'd lose a few extras for cushion.

I too have list 15 lbs and am now in phase 4....had the same concerns you did- gained 1 lb in phase 3 and have stayed the same since (3 weeks) so don't be nervous and ENJOY your new breakfasts! Also remember the weight gained back is NOT FAT, it is glygogen and water.

I'm finishing my first week for the Phase 3 and I have lost about 1lb. The fact is that I change my lunch by an IP with vegetables. Don't worry, it's amazing to eat fruits, milk and bread for breakfast! Juste try to move a little more than habitually!
