  • I'm sure that I'm not posting in the correct place, but I have "searched" the threads, read all the newbie info and stickys, and this seems so basic that I know it's got to be here somewhere ... I am simply looking for the most up-to-date (2013) nutritional info sheet for the IP products. I've come across a few of these sheets posted in various places, but none of them are dated, and many of them contain differing nutritional info for the same item. I'm trying to base some food choices on the nutritional info, but if I'm looking at a sheet from 2010 with inaccurate figures, then that's not really doing me any good. THANKS SO MUCH for any replies ... and of course for ALL the info provided on this site, as it is all so useful and appreciated!!

  • Phase one day 3! Help!
    Started Friday. Today day #3. Feel weak, tired, listless. Doing IP Plan perfectly. Last night had top sirloin steak, broccoli, salad.
    No sooner had I consumed it all, sorry to be graphic, I projectile vomited.
    Is this unheard of? Later on in the evening I did have an IP pudding and kept it down. I was able to get my vitamins down as well.
    Will this pass?

    Mel, friendly pointer ( it took me a while to catch on to how to use these IP threads.). This particular thread is like a filing cabinet for basic information about the ip programme and its protocols. As such, it is not meant for discussion. The "daily threads" are the place for discussion and questions (Lisa posts a new one of these every weekday and one for every weekend.). If you let your question there, you will get lots of replies.

    I'll 'bump' this weekend's thread for you so that you can easily find it when you click on 'New Posts.'

  • I am thinking about doing the ideal protein again. i have gained all 50# i lost back after 2 years. i am so sad this happened but i need to do something my endo dr. says to have a gastric sleeve operation. i weigh 237# and am 5'3. Any words of wisdom?

    Welcome. If I were you I would do IP again instead of surgery. I had lap band about 5 years ago and I never lost all the weight. I have lost a little over 1/2 the weight i want too (and lower than the lowest after the band). But that is my opinion. Did you go through all 4 phases last time you did IP? Maybe this time would be the difference.

  • Too many pages in a thread?
    For some folks threads run up to 24 pages. Here's how to fix that.

    To fix:
    1. Go to User CP
    2. Select Edit Options
    3. Scroll down to Number of Posts to Show Per Page
    4. Select Show 40 Posts per Page
    5. Remember to Save Changes
