Hair Loss - Eyelashes?

Hey Hey Everyone,

So I think I've read about hairloss and using Omega 3's to help with it. RIGHT?

I'm a little concerned that I've lost some eyelashes.....ACK! :eek:

Please help? :) I'm sure it's temporary and it won't make me stop this diet but if something helps with hairloss, well eyelashes are hair right?

I don't know about the fish oil for hair loss. If that works, then great! :) I'd like to mention that a few people I know have used Revitalash and it has given them great results. It can be found cheaper than at the stores on Amazon. Just a thought.

I had major hair loss---to the point where I thought I might be going bald, I did increase Omegas and also used Biotin. It did finally stop after a while. Still not sure if it was the supplements or the fact that I was at goal and entered Phase 4!
