Feels SO good!!

Finally did a workout for the first time in two weeks. Did my TurboFire 45. I feel awesome!

Let me know how your weight is affected by it if at all. I want to get back into walking or even running again but I'm scared. lol Oh, and how is turbo fire? I have all the older turbo jam videos and love Chalene!
