Default Working in the heat and headaches

Hi,

I have been doing some heavy labour out in the heat and sun. The temp has been around 33C. Does anyone have an idea of how to beat the headaches? I have heard to eat some salt but I am not sure about that one. Of course I wear a hat and sunscreen.

Wow you are doing great with your losses, keep going! I find drinking huge amounts of filtered water as in double the usual will help headaches. Also you can get a homeopathic remedy called "rehydration" and by adding a few drops to your water, it helps the individual cells of your body to absorb the water best.

Defiantly up the h2o intake, adding the sea salt to your water does work well too. Good Luck to you.
