Mu suspicion is that a lot of these meds interact with carbs, making the carb craving worse. I'm wondering if the effects are less pronounced while following a carb-restricted diet. I know I've read things about this, but I couldn't point you to a specific article off the top of my head.

That said, if you find yourself craving carbs, it's not you! It's the zoloft speaking.
