Thanks! I am already packed! I'm planning on hitting all the consignment stores across Bismarck! So exciting! I can't wait to see my boys and of course my husband too. Oh, and my mom. My oldest son's wife is coming to ND from MT to see me too. Should be a party. Ice tea for me.
I'll sign off from Wed. through the following Wed. I dont know how I'll get by without you guys.

I got there last week and then KaPOW! back up to 152. Hopefully tomorrow will be better. If nothing else I am optomistic.
I'll probably not make my ultimate goal of 145 by Wed. but I will be close, and really it's good enough whatever it is.

Default Cereal

Ok, I'll admit it, I am ADDICTED to the IP Soy apple cinnamon cereal. Does anyone know of anything that I can have for breakfast as a replacement for it? I'm willing to buy online if you have anything comparable and cheaper.
I'd like to use it even afer I'm done. I went to walmart and looked at every darn box to find something with low carbs.
Thanks,
Mary

Happy Monday all!
Weigh in was this morning..down another 2 pounds.
I'm in between 8s and 6s, though I still have 10s that I wear
I will never look like I fit in a 6..just because of the excess skin I have hanging, and get to tuck in

Is it just me, or is the 150s mentally exhausting? I keep fighting with myself about when to start phasing off, and will I ever be happy...

Anyway...All of us that have been doing this so long, Keep up the GREAT work!

MInewgoal, congratulations!! You're doing great. I can so relate to the 150's lasting forever. I've been here for months so I'm starting IP today in hopes of finishing it off.

You are so right, those pesky 150's are gone from my life forever! They stick like glue! I can't go back to the torment! I'm going to do whatever I can to stay in the 40's.

man I hope the 150s aren't as hard as the 170s... can't seem to get out of them.... only less then .5 lb lose this week... not a good thing, but now cutting out the cauliflower, peppers and kohlrabi... and to cucumbers, spinach and stuf.... lower in carbs... I am excited about the size 10 s I am wearing but looking forward to show my skin into 8s...

Yes, the 150s seem like forever. Although I think my weight loss during the 160 s was officially slower, mentally these are harder.

So, I started taking Zoloft today. I know that one of the side effects is weight gain. Yay..Not.

How is everyone doing?

you know that even with a little gain, you can lose it look how far you have come!

It pains me to see that your life is so rough right now. I hope you look on this as a new fork in the road of life and that you pull your shoulders back and say to yourself, I am a wonderful person going through a rough patch but I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. The light may be dim now but every day you take another step to it, you will see it gets brighter and beckons you. Just know we are all here if you need to vent and we will try to help if we can.

Good luck with your phone interview, go into it saying this job is what I want and I am putting my best foot forward. be proud of yourself, you have a lot to be proud of.

Let us know if you think it helps. If you are unhappy with side effects from it for any reason, I've heard wellbutrin works well too, and doesn't have that same side effect. It works on dopamine instead of seratonin.

As 2ride said, you've done so well despite everything that life is throwing at you right now. You really have a lot to be proud of.

2RIDE: your words are always so heart felt and caring. Reading your posts always makes my heart smile.

Thank you my friend, I always feel bad when someone is going through a rough time. I know we all have those but it always helps to get some kind words from others and if I make someone's day a little happier I try.

I use to do this by baking a lot. I still do for work people... consider my thoughts to all when they have a rough time a little of home cooking from my heart to yours.

One of the side effects of Zoloft is "loss of appetite". If I remember correctly, Zoloft was actually almost marketed as a weight loss aid. (It was years ago.)
Don't worry. You will do fine. Good luck to you.
