Week One

  • Weighed in this morning and down 5 I was really hoping for more but 5 is a good start. I did drink c plus soda with splenda so maybe I have to cut that out which I will try this week. Also ended up with TOM so perhaps that affected as well. Either way, moving in the right direction and feeling good! Thanks for the motivation and support everyone!

    5 is good no matter if it is your first week or not... I would try cutting out the pop, and see if that makes a difference. When I started I was told NO pop at all even with splenda so I still go by that.... though I must say the creamsoda and orange crush looked really good a couple of weeks ago but I went for my water instead. Good luck and follow the plan and you will lose... and WELCOME
