Week One
Weighed in this morning and down 5 :) I was really hoping for more but 5 is a good start. I did drink c plus soda with splenda so maybe I have to cut that out which I will try this week. Also ended up with TOM so perhaps that affected as well. Either way, moving in the right direction and feeling good! Thanks for the motivation and support everyone!
