you should be able to google it for your area. Alot of the coffee places have their own brands, and the davinci website should tell you where to buy. I get mine at the grocery people as they are cheaper then my sugar free place.
Thanks!!

Also, for those of you using the Mio - is this a once or twice a day thing or with all of the water you drink? I was able to get the peach tea and berry pom at my Walmart.

I think you were asking what area of the store would you find the syrups? Check the coffee isle. I found some at the local Walmart, but they were hiding on the bottom shelf.

I've tried berry pom & fruit punch MiO and hated both. Very artifical tasting to me. I'll stick to plain water. Fitting in all the bathroom breaks has gotten easier and I'm not waking up in the middle of the night to go either!!

Default Working Out

I am wondering about working out. I very much enjoy working out and previous to this diet I was doing months of TurboFire. No loss because food has always been the issue for me. I would like to do Turbo Fire and some Chalean Extreme (Free Weights). Thoughts and advice on this is appreciated.
Wishing everyone a great day!
Hi Wrecky,

Thanks for posing this question. I will complete week one tomorrow and I have to admit that I'm terribly missing my spin classes. I don't have a coach because there are no IP centres near me so it's hard to find out if I should avoid classes or slowly start going back. I know it would boost the weight loss but, on average, the classes burn 450 calories...I don't think IP allows enough calories in a day to be burning this much. Does anyone else have thoughts or suggestions? Thanks!

I also squeeze fresh lemon in my MIO to give it a different taste.

[QUOTE=Princess Jessica; I love the pudding cakes.
I made an AMAZING one the other day with the vanilla pudding, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a little instant coffee powder. Tasted sorta like a coffee cake.
If you don't have the recipe for them, there is a whole thread about it somewhere.[/QUOTE]

LOL! I LOVE the pudding cakes too! My BF and I have been having the butterscotch ones almost nightly! Need to get to the IP store here and buy more pudding mixes - we were getting a little tired of them but since the cake recipe popped up we are once again enjoyong them! ;0) Made the Non-restricted pancakes with the crispy cereal and WF syrup too for a snack over the weekend as well - loved them too! Mmmmmm, the banana flavouring would go good in those covered in the WF chocolate syrup... mmmm... must go shopping!!!! LOL!

I'm not a big coffee drinker, but started adding some to my IP cappaccino drink in the morning - tastes great! So I'm looking to branch out!

Starbucks sells them here! As do a few of the health food stores.

LOL! Thanks for the tip gettinmygrooveback! ;0)

The main thing is "I am right back on today" - Don't beat yourself up - just stay on the horse

Congrats Wrecky from a fellow Winnipeger! 5 pounds is a great start - see what your coach says about working out - if you're used to exercise, it may be a good thing - just not sure if you're getting enough food on the program for strenuous workouts???

Funny - Hubby & I just discovered the cappacino/coffee combo. He was mentioning that 200 mls of cappacino was good, but it was "little". So I added some cold coffee and ice cubes to fill the shaker and now we have "ice caps" - what a treat!
