Neat!! Exactly the kickstart i need for this week!
I did waver off the program a bit over the weekend, having guests over and am worried that i wont show a loss this week. All set for a clean start .

Hi,
I am a regular irregular to posting, been on IP since mid Dec 2010. lost 48 plus lbs so far. Never been 100% on program, always have had extra protein, and for the last month have had "adventures" with trying to eat like I am in phase 4 instead of phase 1, plus some bad habits creeping back in.....do not want to go there anymore, soooooo I'm IN. Thanks for starting this. Do we just pop in every day or ck in at the end of our 7 days? Thanks again, Carol

I did good until yesterday dang it. It's such a struggle to quit binging! I'm in and totally distracted from food since I'm packing my house to move in 2 weeks!

I am in too. This week is filled with activities but I am willing to stay strong and work through those eating out adventures. I was stalled for two weeks and this weekend went to a baby shower not planned and ended up indulging more than i should have

I went to my mother-in-law's tonight and she automatically dished up some shortcake with strawberries topped with icecream!! I cut it up, pushed it around, mushed it up and when she was on the phone I dumped it in the garbage!! Wow, that about killed me!! That is a major NSV for me!
