Ginger water
An IP Friend suggested this. Ran a search & didn't see it posted yet

IP ginger water.*
Boil 1.5 gal of water, add 6-8 oz sliced fresh ginger and 1-2 sticks of cinnamon (optional)
simmer 45 min-1 hr.
Let cool and store in fridge w ginger n cinnamon in pitcher. Reuse ginger til it looses it's flavor. I use only once. I like it strong. Sweeten with stevia to taste. Tasty n thermogenic.*

Grated cauliflower instead of rice is both delicious and low carb.
Ingredients1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 large egg
1 cup cauliflower, grated
2 tsps garlic
1/4 cup chopped scallions
Directions1.Grate the cauliflower using either the largest holes on a hand grater or with the grating blade in food processor. The results should almost resemble the size of cooked white rice.
2.Heat oil to cover the bottom of a small skillet on medium-high.
3.Quickly stir-fry the garlic. Watch closely so as not to burn.
4.Add the cauliflower; fry about 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly until it begins to color a bit. Don't overcook or it might get mushy.
5.Stir in the soy sauce. Push the cauliflower to one side of the pan; pour in the beaten egg.
6.Lightly scramble the egg briefly then mix into the cauliflower.
7.Add the green onion and toss.
8.Note: add some chicken and make it a meal!
I tried this and ended up making it again for dinner the next night!!!! Soo good!!!!!!!

They were light and fluffy! I was expecting a deflation like the pudding muffins but was pleasantly surprised.

We need to film some cooking segments for IPTV!

This was my first try baking with the fruity drink mixes. I have had the peach mango as a drink and threw it out, so when i found this packet in the stash i knew i would have to do something to it.

I like both - but prefer the peanut soy puffs over the apple cinnamon - they are both pretty delicious though!

I like to make the chili like this:
  1. Saute bell peppers (red, yellow, green), sliced muchrooms, and some minced garlic in a little EVOO
  2. Mix chili with water as directed. Add chili powder, cayenne pepper, Let sit for a while so the beans absorb the water. (I let sit 30 minutes).
  3. Heat chili as directed until hot, serve over sauteed veggies.
  4. Add Diced jalepeno and some chopped onion.
  5. Enjoy!

Liz, How are you counting this when in PH 1? is it considered 2 proteins because of the egg whites and the IP Packet?
