Hello everyone! Well I made it through the 4th of July weekend and did not cheat! I have to be honest I am having a hard time right now! I'm in my 7th week and am struggling! I don't want to eat anything that I am allowed to eat. Every meal I am pretty much making myself eat and I am not happy! I keep telling myself that this is a phase and I will get over it...has anyone else gone through this and if so how did you work it out! I am happy with my progress and keep telling myself to think about the end result but I am a bit miserable! :?: |

Good Morning!! Had an eventful 4th of July weekend and did my absolute best to stay OP, it was hard, but I did it and I'm proud of myself!! Went through a box of old clothes that I had hoped I would fit in one day and some of them DID!!! I was super excited and I know my husband was tired of me trying on clothes!!!
I had a tough time at a picnic I went to, but I stayed OP and was a good girl, although it was all so tempting!! I have WI#4 tomorrow, so keeping my fingers crossed!!! |

Good morning everyone! I had WI #6 this morning and was down 3.2 lbs:) That makes 27 lbs total so far and I'm feeling great!

Just started day 2. Yesterday was rough as I was hungry all day until supper when I could have a more real meal. Today is better so far, I'm still hungry but not ravenous. I hope it gets better as I dont want to white knuckle the hunger for the next few months.
