Since I'm using alternatives....
I sometimes get overwhelmed when I hear others talk about anything past phase I. I have the print outs from a friend but wonder if someone could clarify the different phases and when you move on to a new one phase to me. Thanks so much!

Have you read through this thread? There is a ton of information there about all of the phases.
I'm doing this with alternatives and all on my own (with the help of this board, of course). I sometiems freak out when i think about moving past phase one as well, but I figure I've got a few more months to figure it out. Most people stay phase 1 until they lose 80-90% of their goal weight and then switch to phase 2 until all the weight is off. Breathe deeply and know that when you get there, the fabulous people here will help you! |

I was told at my clinic that I would stay on Phase 1 till I hit 90% of my target. As I understand it, in phase 2 you have a IP pack for breakfast, a protein (chicken, eggs, steak etc) with veggies and salad for lunch and the same for dinner, and then you include an IP pack for snack. I am on IP, but I am also nervous about Phase 2! |
I am at my goal weight, but love phase 2... Can't get back into eating carbs!
